Dear Parents,
English Martyrs Independent Youth Club will be holding it’s 2010 Annual General Meeting in the Parish Room (under the Church – old nursery) on Wednesday 26th January at 7pm.
The agenda will be issued on the night but will include:
- Election of the Chair/ Vice-Chair etc
- Presentation of Accounts
- A review of the constitution (copies avaiable on request)
Come along and have your say about the youth club.
